Installed a 1 person infrared sauna from Steam Sauna Depot, worth sharing my first month experience

I bought the Lucia 1 person infrared sauna from Steam Sauna Depot three weeks ago and have used it 4 to 5 times per week. Setup was straightforward, the panels snapped together in under an hour and it fits in a spare closet with the door removed. It plugs into a standard outlet which was a relief. Heat up time is around 15 minutes and the lower operating temps make it easy to sit for 20 to 30 minutes without feeling wiped out. Since I started I sleep deeper, my sore shoulders feel looser after workouts, and I actually look forward to the evening ritual instead of scrolling on my phone. Customer service at Steam Sauna Depot answered my sizing question before I bought, which saved me from buying something too big for the space.
