Burned $800 on a SEO agency that promised first page rankings in 3 months

Signed up with this agency back in February because their sales guy showed me fake screenshots of client results. They charged me $800 a month for 3 months straight and all I got were 20 generic blog posts and a bunch of broken backlinks. My traffic actually went down after they messed with my site structure. Anyone else get burned by an agency that overpromised on timeline?

$800 a month for 3 months and all you got was 20 blog posts and broken links? Man that is insane. I can't believe they actually messed with your site structure too, that's like the first thing you don't touch unless you know exactly what you're doing. Those fake screenshots should be illegal honestly, like they're literally showing you lies to get your money. I bet their sales guy was really slick too, those guys always have an answer for everything until you sign the contract. Sorry you had to learn that lesson the hard way, but hopefully that warning helps someone else here.
