Stared at a half-empty jar of pickled jalapeños and a block of cream cheese for 20 minutes

It took me 45 minutes to realize I could just chop the jalapeños up and mix them into the cream cheese for a quick dip. Has anyone else had a fridge stare-down that took way too long to solve?

Third day looking at a leaky bathroom faucet, I was pricing out new cartridges and watching YouTube tear-downs before I realized the handle was just loose and needed a quarter-turn with a screwdriver... felt like a real idiot.

We overthink simple stuff because we're trained to look for complicated solutions first.

Started doing this with my home network setup. Was trying to figure out some fancy VLAN config and access points just to get better wifi in the backyard. Spent like three days on it before my buddy was like "dude just move the router six feet closer to the window" lol. Ended up working perfectly and cost me zero dollars. Now anytime I hit a wall with something I force myself to ask "whats the simplest fix here" before going deep into the complicated rabbit hole.
