Cleaned out my parents' fridge and found a jar of pickled eggs from 2018
They were way in the back behind the mustard. It got me thinking about how my own fridge is just a rotating door of half-used sauces and wilting greens. Anyone have a go-to meal for a sad bunch of cilantro, a lime, and some leftover rotisserie chicken?

Rotating door of half-used sauces" is the realest thing I've ever read. My fridge has a bottle of fish sauce that's older than some of my clients' kids (and that's saying something). Those 2018 eggs probably developed their own language back there.
