Just realized limiting feedback rounds made my work smoother
I was stuck in a cycle where clients kept asking for tiny changes that added up to huge time sinks. After one website design took three extra weeks for minor tweaks, I started telling clients we get two rounds of edits max. I put this in my project proposals and chat about it during our first meeting. Clients now think harder before sending notes, which means fewer back-and-forth emails. My days feel less chaotic, and I can plan other jobs without stress. How do you handle client revisions without losing your mind? I'm all ears for new ideas.

I started requiring all revision notes in a single written doc. Forces them to organize their thoughts instead of firing off random emails.

Is organizing thoughts really that important for revisions?

Do you ever get pushback on the two round limit, like clients asking for just one more small thing?
