That one Tuesday when everything went right in my workshop
Last fall I had a day where I was replacing a rotted porch post on my 1920s house. I figured I'd be fighting with old nails and splitting wood for hours, but the old post came out clean in 20 minutes. The replacement lumber I bought from the local yard was straight and dry, not warped like usual. Even the new concrete mix set up firm in under an hour. Has anyone else had a repair job that just clicked without any hassle?

Big box stores crank their lumber through too fast to let it dry properly, that's why it's always twisting on the shelf. Local yards actually let their stock acclimate before selling.
