My brother called Citizen Kane boring and I got mad. Then I thought about it.

Has anyone else felt this way about a movie everyone calls perfect?

My buddy swears "The Godfather" is three hours of boring guys in suits. I got pretty annoyed until I remembered I fell asleep during "2001: A Space Odyssey" twice before I finally got through it. Guess I'm the boring guy in a suit sometimes too.

My friend did the exact same thing with "There Will Be Blood." Fell asleep three times before they finally sat through it, then texted me saying it was one of the best movies they'd ever seen. I told them that's just the price of admission for slow burn movies I guess.
