I used to rate movies right after watching, now I wait 2 days and scores shift hard

Back in 2019 I'd give a 9 to anything that made me feel hype in the theater, but after I started sleeping on it and rewatching a few scenes the next night, my average rating dropped a full point and I trust the delayed score way more, has anyone else noticed their gut reaction is just adrenaline?
