Finally watched that 'cozy' farming game everyone raves about, felt robbed

I picked up a farming sim last weekend because the reviews all said it was the most relaxing thing ever. Instead I got a spreadsheet with graphics, and by hour 3 my crops were dying because I missed a watering cycle while reading the in-game wiki. I get that some people love the planning side, but it felt like doing my actual job's paperwork for fun. Anyone else find a supposed cozy game that stressed them out way more than it chilled them?
