That time a client asked for 'icy blonde' and brought a photo of platinum

Last month at the salon I had to talk a client out of using box bleach after they showed me a picture from 2015 and I'm curious how other stylists handle folks who come in with unrealistic inspo pics.

I saw a post from a local news site that said the picture was actually from a community event in 2015. The person who submitted it probably just grabbed the first photo they found online. Happens all the time with small town newsletters and flyers. They didn't even bother checking if the people in it still lived there or if the park had been redone since then. Just laziness really.
