That ammonia spill on Wednesday almost ruined my whole station

I was mixing up a color formula around 2pm and the bottle cap just gave out, no warning. Ammonia went all over my counter and dripped into my brush holder before I could grab a towel. I had to toss a set of brushes I've had for 5 years because they reeked no matter how much I rinsed them. Has anyone else had a sudden container failure like that, or do you stick to a certain brand of mixing bottles that never cracks?
