That $80 airbrush kit I bought for nail art is collecting dust on my shelf

I saw a viral video and thought I'd be doing flawless ombre nails by now, but the compressor is so loud my client in the next chair almost walked out, and the paint keeps clogging after one use of that cheap base coat, so has anyone actually made one of these work without upgrading every single part?

Honestly, user error, that kit's fine if you thin the paint properly.
