Serious question, I've been blow-drying my clients' hair with the nozzle off for five years because I thought it gave more volume. A new stylist at my salon in Boise just asked me why I was doing it that way.

Wait, "we've ALL been there"? I'm not so sure about that lol. You're telling me every single person has done that exact thing? That's a pretty wild claim. I can think of a few people who definitely haven't. Makes me wonder what you're including in "there" that's so universal.
