Saw a client's hair transform over 6 months of just using better shampoo

I had this lady come in with real dry, damaged hair from box dye. After I convinced her to switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and a weekly mask, her texture did a 180 in about 4 months. Has anyone else noticed how much product choice alone can change results?

True lol, she probably needed a haircut not just a shampoo change.

Three different shampoos in one month here and same frizzy mess. She needed a trim way worse than a new bottle. Shampoo can't fix damaged ends no matter how fancy it is.

It's shampoo not "shampoo change" - just saying shampoo is already the product change itself.
