Remember when we used to text clients instead of using booking apps?

I started doing hair in 2009 and it was all paper appointment books and calling people back. Now everything is automated texts, online booking links, and reminders. Last month a new client got confused because I sent her a real voicemail, she said nobody does that anymore. Sure the new system saves time but I miss actually talking to people on the phone. Anyone else feel like the personal touch went away with the old school way of doing things?
