My old boss at the salon in Tampa swore bay rent should stay under $150 a week, and she was dead wrong
She kept telling me never to pay more for a chair because clients follow the stylist, not the address. I moved to a spot near the river at $220 a week and my books stayed full because walk-ins actually found me. Curious if anyone else has had a landlord or owner feed them a number like that and it turned out backwards.
