Ever had a client complain about concrete being too smooth? Sounds weird, but a super slick finish is actually a slip hazard. Sometimes perfect isn't the goal, you need the right texture for the job.

Sometimes perfect isn't the goal" really hits home... I used to think a flawless finish was always best. Now I get that function matters more than just looks in a lot of cases. You changed how I see it.
