Walked into a pawn shop in Reno and saw 8 ThinkPads on the shelf, all missing the same screw
I was killing time in a pawn shop off Virginia Street in Reno and counted 8 ThinkPads on the shelf, and every single one was missing the bottom left screw on the case. Turns out that screw sits right where your palm rests, so it backs out over time and nobody ever notices until the case starts popping apart. Do you guys always replace those tiny screws on a refurb, or just leave it since it never seems to cause real problems?
