10,000 repairs means you're just seeing everyone's worst days on repeat.

Took me about 3 years working with a crew that had a high turnover rate to realize the same thing. Everyone was always complaining about the same problems over and over, and I started to feel like I was just a dumpster for their bad days. What actually helped me was setting a hard rule for myself: I wouldn't listen to a complaint unless the person had already tried one fix on their own. It sounds harsh, but it forced people to stop venting at me and actually think about what they were going to say before they said it. The complainers got quieter, and the people who actually needed help got my full attention without me burning out.
