Pro tip: my old boss said skip the master's and get a cert instead, was he right?
My boss Dave at a logistics company in Columbus told me in 2021 to skip grad school and just get my supply chain cert, said the degree was a waste of $40k. Two sides to this though: I got hired faster and saved the money, but a few bigger companies still auto-reject me for not having the master's. So which matters more now, the paper or the skills? Curious what others have seen in their own fields.
