I spent 4 hours last Saturday trying to get my FAFSA parent info to go through, and now I'm wondering if the whole system is broken or if it's just me
Is it worth calling the financial aid office on Monday or should I just wait it out like everyone keeps telling me?

Just call them. Four hours of fighting a website means something is actually wrong, and the people telling you to wait probably got through fine on their first try. Ten minutes on hold beats another weekend of this.
