That $50 dough sheeter I bought was a total lemon

I picked up a cheap countertop dough sheeter for $50 off Facebook Marketplace and it jammed up on my third batch of croissant dough. Has anyone else had luck fixing one of these or am I out the cash?

Man, I had the same thing happen and just worked the rollers by hand with some oil to loosen it back up.

Wonder if its really that bad though. I mean my machine made some noise for a while and then just stopped on its own after a few washes. @angela43 did you actually have a jam or was it just a little squeaky? Seems like half the time people panic over nothing and the thing is fine. Did you try running it empty first before taking it apart?
