Hit 500 sourdough loaves this week, still surprised by the first one

I started baking sourdough back in March after a friend in Portland handed me her 3 year old starter, mostly to prove I could do it. This week I counted my bake logs and landed on 500 loaves, which feels wild since my first attempt came out flat as a pancake and my wife laughed at it. Anyone else keep a tally or does that just sound like hoarding flour?
