Hit 500 sourdough loaves this week and it messed with my head

I keep a tally on my phone of every loaf I bake for my weekend market stall. Tuesday I hit 500 exactly. That number stopped me for a minute because I started this two years ago with one sad flat loaf from a packet of yeast. Now I'm mixing 50 pounds of flour every Friday night. What milestone caught you off guard in this trade?

I hit 200 water changes on my fish tank last month and it really got me. Started with a 10 gallon that I overstocked and killed half the fish. Now I have a whole system in my garage with four tanks. Tracking that number made me realize how much I actually learned from all those mistakes.
