Dealer service desk finally showed me a warranty matrix, cleared up 5 years of guessing

I was at the Ford dealer in Tacoma last Tuesday waiting for an oil change and the service writer pulled out this laminated sheet with coverage tiers by mileage. It took 4 minutes to see that my water pump issue was covered under the 60k powertrain, not the bumper to bumper I thought had lapsed. Has anyone else asked for that chart before buying an extended plan, or is this just a dealer secret?
