Tried a frozen veggie burger in the air fryer and it actually took 25 minutes total

I always thought air fryers were supposed to be super fast for everything. But I threw in a frozen black bean burger last week and it took way longer than I expected. The package said 12 minutes in a regular oven, but after 15 minutes in the fryer at 375 it was still cold in the middle. I had to flip it twice and add another 10 minutes to get it crispy on the outside and hot all the way through. Next time I'll thaw it first or cut the cook time in half. Has anyone else found frozen veggie burgers take forever in their air fryer?

Air fryers aren't magic, frozen stuff always takes longer than the package says.

My buddy Tom tried cooking frozen tenders at 390 for 12 minutes and they came out still cold in the middle. He had to run them another 8 minutes just to get them edible.
