My buddy tried this after seeing the same tip online and he called me all excited, said they came out restaurant level crispy. He's not even a good cook normally so I knew it had to be legit, now I'm definitely trying it this weekend.

Figured it was just another internet gimmick but tried it last weekend out of boredom. Crispiest wings I've ever made at home without a deep fryer, no lie. Kicked myself for not trying it sooner.
