Spent $35 on ceramic baskets and they're already flaking off
I bought nonstick ceramic liners for my air fryer three weeks ago after my old basket started chipping, and now the coating is peeling onto my chicken wings. Has anyone gone back to bare metal baskets or is there a coating that actually holds up past a few uses?
Did you buy the cheap ones with the pretty colors? Tbh I did the same thing and mine started flaking into my fries within a month, so now I just look at it as free seasoning. Bare metal is the way to go if you ask me, just oil it up and scrub it good after each use.
