Saw a guy at the Raleigh flea market selling fried oreos out of a $40 air fryer and now I feel dumb
I was walking through the flea market off Capital Blvd last Saturday and this guy had a card table with a tiny air fryer plugged into a generator. He was dropping in frozen oreo dough balls and pulling them out in 4 minutes flat, selling 6 for $5. I asked him how he got them so even and he just said "400 degrees, flip halfway, don't crowd the basket." I have been babying my air fryer with parchment and foil for a year and this guy is out here running a whole business off the same machine. What else am I overcomplicating that just needs the basket left alone?
