Ruined a batch of frozen fries because I stacked them 3 deep in the basket
Midway through a Tuesday dinner at my place in Akron the fries came out pale and soggy on the bottom layer, so now I do one flat layer and shake at the 8 minute mark, and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried the little wire rack insert instead of the plain basket.
