My sister told me my air fryer chicken was dry and I finally fixed it
My sister came over last week for dinner and I made air fryer chicken thighs. She took one bite and said 'these are a little tough, don't you think?' I was SO annoyed at first because I thought I had it down. But she was right. I was cooking them at 400 degrees for 18 minutes no matter what. So I started brining the chicken for just 30 minutes in salt water before cooking. Then I dropped the temp to 370 and checked with a meat thermometer at 15 minutes. The last batch came out JUICY and perfect. Has anyone else had to adjust their times after getting blunt feedback like that?

lmao "tough love and tough chicken" that's gold. I used to be one of those people who was like "400 for 18 mins is the only way" and got defensive when anyone said different. But yeah after my roommate called my chicken "rubber boots" I tried brining too and it was a total game changer. That meat thermometer part is key I started pulling mine at 160 and letting it rest and they come out way better than before.
