Hot take: frozen veggies crisp up better than fresh in the air fryer
I threw in a bag of frozen broccoli at 400 for 8 minutes last night. Came out way crunchier than the fresh stuff I usually use. Anybody else ditch fresh for frozen in their air fryer?

No lie, frozen veggies are just lazy people winning. You throw a bag in the freezer, forget about it for two months, then blast it with hot air and it tastes like a restaurant side dish. Meanwhile I'm over here trying to chop fresh broccoli and it turns into sad, soggy mush. Frozen is the cheat code nobody talks about. If my air fryer had feelings it would probably be insulted I only use it for frozen food.

Real talk @jamienguyen, have you ever actually compared the nutrient levels side by side? I swear frozen broccoli has more vitamins than fresh that's been sitting in my fridge for a week looking sad. My thing is frozen green beans are way better for air frying than fresh ones ever turn out. They get that perfect crispy outside without turning into a shriveled mess. What's the one frozen veggie you think is actually better than fresh no matter what?
