Used to throw any old mud tires on my truck without balancing them first, then after 3 years of vibrating down I-70 at 65 mph I finally paid the $40 at Discount Tire and now I can actually feel my hands again.
What did you guys do that you thought was fine for way too long before realizing it was totally ruining your driving experience?

Bought a $30 alignment from a sketchy shop. Cost me two tires later.

Not exactly the same but I ran my truck with a bad tie rod end for like 8 months. Kept thinking "eh it's just a little play, tires are cheap anyway." Then I hit a pothole on the interstate and the truck almost went into the median. $60 part and an hour of work and it felt like a brand new vehicle. The worst part was looking back and realizing I could've killed myself over something so simple.
