Check your pinion angle first, I chased mine for weeks before realizing it was just slightly off. Also make sure your u-joints are actually new and not just "look good.

Oh man, YES, this is so true! I spent like a whole weekend messing with my pinion angle on my YJ and it turned out to be the dumbest little tweak I missed. I was ready to throw wrenches across the garage. And the u-joint thing is real, I got some from a parts store that looked fine but had a tiny bit of slop, swapped them out with Spicers and it was night and day. It is crazy how much a small angle change or a little bit of play can make the whole driveline vibrate like crazy. Glad I am not the only one who learned this the hard way.
