I finally got the sway bar links off my Tacoma after 6 hours with a torch and a breaker bar

Someone on the trail last week told me those bushings would just pop out with a pickle fork, and now I've got a broken fork and two ruined arms to show for it, so has anyone else had to fight old rusted suspension hardware this bad?
