Anyone worked with 5 Star Tuning?

I have a 2020 F-250 with the 6.7 Powerstroke and I'm looking to delete and tune. I've heard good things about 5 Star Tuning but no personal experience. Has anyone here used them for a diesel? What kind of power gains did you see? Also, how's the process—do you have to send in your ECU or is it a handheld?

I used them for my 2019 F-250. Went with their 0 HP tune for towing and the 50 HP for daily. The difference is insane. EGTs are actually lower towing my 5th wheel than stock. Process is easy—they send you an EZ Lynk and you do it yourself. Their support is top notch, they helped me with the initial setup over the phone.

Yes, I have their tune on my 2018. I got the 100 HP tune and it's a monster. I've had zero issues in 20k miles. They're very responsive if you have questions. Definitely recommend for the 6.7.
