My realtor told me to skip the home inspection to save $500
That was the worst advice I ever took. Ended up with a faulty foundation that cost $8,000 to fix. Has anyone else gotten bad tips from their realtor?

Read a story recently where this same thing happened to some poor guy and he ended up losing thousands because his realtor pushed him into a bad deal. Getting a second opinion on something like that just makes sense, especially with how much money's at stake in real estate. Honestly, it's wild more people don't push back when their realtor seems sketchy lol.
