Vent: wasted $200 on the Maine-New Hampshire commuter parking pass scam

I moved to South Berwick last fall figuring I'd save money by parking at a lot near the border and taking the bus to my job in Portsmouth. Sounded smart, right? I paid $200 for a 6-month reserved spot at this lot off Route 236 that promised 'easy access to COAST bus routes.' First week was fine, but then they started double booking spaces and I'd get there at 7 AM and find someone else parked in my spot. The lot manager just shrugged and said to park on the grass, which got muddy and ruined my car floor mats. After 3 months of calling customer service and never getting a refund, I just gave up and now I drive all the way in to a garage downtown. Has anyone else dealt with those seasonal commuter lots near Kittery or York and found a legit one that actually works?

Yeah "straight up theft" is right @adam_hernandez, I'd probably be too scared to actually report them though lol. Knowing my luck I'd send the wrong screenshot and accidentally report myself for something. I'd rather just eat the loss and warn other people on Nextdoor.
