Compared Facebook Ads vs Google Ads for my food truck this summer

Google Ads brought in twice as many customers for half the cost because people were actually searching for tacos instead of just scrolling past my posts, has anyone else tried both and seen a big difference?

Facebook killed it for my hot dog cart with targeted location tagging though.

Yeah that makes sense for search intent. I mean if someone is typing "tacos near me" into Google they're basically ready to buy right then. With Facebook you're interrupting their scrolling hoping they remember they like tacos. Maybe it's just me but I feel like Facebook works better for building hype over time not for instant sales. Like terryallen said with the hot dog cart location tagging is smart for catching people already nearby.
