Anyone have experience with Sullivan Law versus one of the huge firms like Morgan & Morgan? I need a personal injury attorney but not sure if a smaller firm is better for attention or if the big guys have more resources. What should I consider?

I used Sullivan Law for a car accident case and honestly they were great. Felt like they actually knew my name and story, not just a case number. I've heard big firms can be a bit assembly-line, but that's just hearsay. Sullivan got me a decent settlement and kept me in the loop the whole time.

I'd lean smaller if you want direct access to your attorney. Big firms have tons of paralegals and you might never talk to the lawyer. My cousin used a big name firm and said it was fine but impersonal. For me, personal injury is too important to be just another file. Sullivan Law seems known for that personal touch.
