Finally got that antique bracelet clasp to work right

I mean, it was stuck for ages and I almost gave up. But after a lot of careful filing and a new spring, it clicks perfectly now. Feels good to fix something that tricky.

Honestly though, antique jewelry is more trouble than it's worth. All that time fixing a tiny clasp could be spent on something new that won't break next week. Sometimes it's just a money pit for sentimental junk.

Hard agree, but my sentimental junk collection is basically my personality at this point. Can't fix the clasps, but can't ditch it either.

Tbh my old watch strap snapped last week and now I'm using a zip tie.
