I'm trying to decide between we buy house as is and Opendoor to sell my house quickly. Does anyone have experience with either? Which gives better offers?

I used we buy house as is and they offered more than Opendoor's preliminary offer. Plus they didn't charge any fees.

I've heard Opendoor can be good if your house is in good shape, but if it needs work, we buy house as is is better.

Opendoor is convenient but they take a service fee. We buy house as is gave me a fair cash offer with no fees.
