Took a wrong turn and found a creek with the clearest water

I was driving home last week and missed my usual exit, so I ended up on this back road near where I live. After a bit, I spotted a small sign for creek access and pulled over. The water was so clear you could see every stone on the bottom, and it was just flowing gently. There wasn't anyone else there, just some trees and the sound of the creek. It hit me how many quiet spots like this we just pass by without noticing. I mean, idk, maybe it's just me, but now I stop there sometimes to just sit and unwind. It's totally a hidden gem because no one talks about it, but it's so peaceful. If you're in the area, give it a look, but keep it low-key so it stays nice.

I pass this amazing little cafe near the train station three times a week (it's tucked behind a newsstand) and only noticed it last month.

We're all just speed walking through life lol. Can't find a hidden gem if you never look up from your phone.
