Vent: My appointment book hit 300 regulars and I'm not sure what to do next.
I was looking at my booking software yesterday and the total just sat there, three hundred names of people who come back every six to eight weeks. It took me five years to build this, but now I feel stuck just doing the same cuts and colors on repeat. How do you keep things fresh when your schedule is that full?

Three hundred regulars is a good problem to have, honestly. That's a full book and steady money, which a lot of people would kill for. I get the feeling of being stuck in a loop, but maybe it's not as big a deal as it seems. Spencerperez has a point about trying something new on a slow day, but you risk annoying a regular if the design turns out bad. Maybe just enjoy the security for a bit instead of forcing a change.

Ever see that video of the barber who started doing those crazy detailed hair designs on the sides? My buddy watched it and got this itch to try something new, but his book was packed like yours. He picked one slow afternoon and just asked his next client if he could try a small design instead of the usual fade. The guy loved it, posted it, and now my friend has a whole new thing going on the side without messing up his regulars. Maybe you could sneak in a small new technique with a client you know is chill?
