PSA: I just lost $75 on a 'haunted' antique mirror that was supposed to show the past
Bought it from a shop in Savannah after the seller swore people saw their childhood homes in it, but it's just a regular, slightly dirty mirror. I feel like I paid for a story that doesn't exist. Has anyone else been tricked by an object that was promised to be a glitch but was totally normal?

Ugh, I got a "cursed" music box that was just a broken wind-up toy.

Yeah, I got a "time-warp" radio that just had old batteries. I took it back and argued the seller misrepresented a broken item as paranormal. Got my money back by refusing to leave without a refund.

People are free to believe what they want, but I’ve seen enough to think there might be more to it. A cousin of mine had an old radio that would pick up stations from the 1940s with no batteries at all. We took it apart and there was nothing wrong inside, no hidden wires or modern parts. It just worked that way until it stopped one day and never did it again. Not saying every thrift store find is paranormal, but sometimes a broken toy is just broken. Sometimes it’s something else.
