My local grocery store's sign changed overnight and nobody noticed but me
Honestly, the sign out front definitely said 'Fresh Mart' for years, but yesterday it was suddenly 'Fresh Market'. I asked the cashier about it and she looked at me like I was crazy. Has anyone else had a small detail in their neighborhood just switch without any explanation?

Remember the old water tower on Route 9? It was plain gray my whole life. Then one morning last summer it was painted bright blue with a weird white swirl. I drove by it every day and never saw a work crew or anything. It just changed, and nobody I asked had a clue what I was talking about. Felt like I slipped into a different version of town for a minute.

That's the thing though, sometimes the small changes feel off even if there's a normal reason. Our brains pick up on weird details.
