The shift to oversized shower doors in new builds is getting tricky
Three years ago, a 60x36 frameless panel was a big job, but last month in Scottsdale we installed a 72x48 that needed four of us. How are you guys handling the logistics and liability on these massive pieces?

Just wait until someone orders a shower door so big you need to rent a crane and get a permit from the city to close the road. We're gonna need a whole new trade just for moving bathroom glass. Pretty soon the install crew will need a spotter and a safety meeting before they even touch the crate.

Honestly, it's part of this whole trend where everything in homes has to be huge now. We're seeing it with massive kitchen islands and giant windows too. The bigger stuff looks great in pictures but the install is a real headache. You need more people, special equipment, and the chance of something going wrong is way higher. How do you even price the risk on a glass panel that big?
