Picked up a vintage Pyrex bowl set for $2 at a church rummage sale, turns out it's worth $150 on eBay.

I almost walked past them thinking they were just old dishes. Now I always check the bottom of any glassware before I put it back.

My grandmother had a set of those butterprint bowls and used them every day for like 40 years. Never knew they were worth anything until I saw similar ones on Antiques Roadshow once.

Oh man, that reminds me of when I found out my mom's old Pyrex mixing bowls were actually worth something. She'd just use them for cookie dough and stuff, never had a clue either.
