PSA: I used a different binder ratio on a core for a small bronze casting last week and it held way better than expected.

That's good to know about the binder ratio. I mean, I've had some real fails with small castings before. Might have to try that.

Wait, you guys are actually measuring your binder? I just eyeball it every time, no wonder my small stuff turns out so bad. The charlie is right, it really does suck when a tiny casting just falls apart. Maybe I should start paying more attention to the numbers.
