The cheap sets on 'Star Command' never bothered me like they did others
Everyone claims the show looked too fake and that's why it failed. My favorite part is when the crew has to fix their ship using spare parts, it felt real and clever. What old space show do you think people are too rough on?

Ever notice how we judge stuff by its looks instead of its clever fixes? That scrappy 'Star Command' episode just shows real problem-solving beats a shiny set.
